Mrs. Blanca Capellá Gimeno has been graduated from the Centro de Estudios Universitarios San Pablo (C.E.U.) in 1997.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Territorial Planning at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios C.E.U.-Madrid Business School, promotion 1.997-1.998.
She is a member of the Official Solicitors’ Association of the Balearic Islands since the 8th of April of 1.999.She has been President of the Association of Young Lawyers of the Balearic Islands from 2.003 to 2.005.
Since February 26 th of February of 2.013 6, 2013, she is a member of the Spanish Association of Urban Technicians (A.E.T.U.) and Member of the Board of Directors of the Balearic Association of Urban Technicians (A.B.T.U.), being currently President of the same.
